Features:

Fluorocarbon Coating on inside of compression nut reduces torque required to "bottom" nut.
Rated Category 1 for PE pipe.
Plastic tubing "locks" into machined annular indentation in steel insert when gasket is properly compressed. Provides positive, slip- resistant connection.
Fully confined gasket designed to eliminate cold flow and "creep."
Simple installation clean the end of the tubing, stab the tubing into the fitting and tighten the nut until it bottoms. No heating, no flaring, no cementing, no special tools and no special training.

Sizes & Operation

Mueller transition fittings are used to connect 3/4" steel pipe to 1/2" or 5/8" copper, steel or plastic tubing or 3/4" IPS plastic pipe. These fittings are available with either the Mueller 110^® Compression Connection or Mueller 112^® Compression Connection.

The 110 connection is used on steel, copper or plastic O.D. controlled tubing and the 112 connection is used on plastic IPS pipe or CTS tubing only. Both of these connections meet or exceed joint requirements of D.O.T. Section 192.283(b).

These transition fittings can be attached to 3/4" pipe, fittings or valves via external threads (M.I.P.), internal threads (F.I.P.) or welding (3/4" butt weld or 1/2" socket weld).
